Brandon is the Chief Operating Officer of Ridge & Valley Real Estate Corp., where he oversees company operations, financial performance, strategic growth initiatives, regulatory compliance, and marketing. As both a licensed REALTOR® and registered Architect, Brandon brings a unique blend of design insight, technical expertise and transactional knowledge—guiding the strategic direction of the firm and driving its growth in a competitive market.

Licensed to practice Real Estate in New York, New Jersey, and Illinois, Brandon is a trusted advisor to homebuyers, sellers, and real estate investors. His background in building science and real estate development allows him to guide clients through both residential and commercial transactions with clarity and confidence. He is particularly passionate about helping investors evaluate value-add opportunities and reposition properties across urban and suburban markets.

Brandon holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Historic Preservation from Ball State University. He is a licensed Architect in New York, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C), and a licensed Home Inspector in New York State. Prior to co-founding Ridge & Valley, he managed commercial projects as a designer, and feasibility analyst for firms in New York and Chicago.

With a career grounded in design, development, and community-building—from post-disaster housing in Haiti to high-end offices in Manhattan—Brandon offers a well-rounded, solutions-focused approach to real estate.
