Tiffany is a Realtor® with Ridge & Valley Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving buyers, sellers, and investors across New York and New Jersey. She is drawn to transformation - the art of rebuilding spaces and ourselves with care and imagination. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: everyone deserves a welcoming home. Her approach blends design sensibility, warmth, and market insight, making buying or selling a home thoughtful, clear, and maybe even a little fun!
Tiffany’s career is rooted in access and equity. She began teaching high school English in Paterson, New Jersey, through Teach For America, earned her M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania, and later held senior leadership roles at MIT and Columbia University, guiding students and institutions through complex decisions with care and discernment. Those experiences taught her that supportive spaces are the foundation for growth, a principle she brings to every real estate transaction.
In addition to her career in education, Tiffany studied Interior Architecture & Design at UC Berkeley and worked as a designer in San Francisco. She takes a design-forward approach to every home, helping sellers identify high-ROI improvements and helping buyers see the hidden potential in a property. She also invests in and rehabs homes herself, finding joy in transforming overlooked or neglected spaces into places full of life and possibility.
When she’s not scrolling Zillow, Tiffany writes poetry, tends her ever-growing list of DIY projects, skis, and travels with her family. She delights in noticing the small details that make life meaningful and cultivating a sense of home within herself and in her surroundings. She lives in southern Bergen County with her husband (a fellow TFA alum) and their son.
Whether navigating a complex sale or reimagining a fixer-upper, Tiffany’s goal is to help clients find, build, and create a home that truly reflects their life and story.
